My letter concerns my recent lease of a 2012 Honda Accord. Jason Brooks was my salesman.
Jason definitely deserves some recognition or even an award. He shows nothing but exemplary customer service. Jason was right there with any questions I had regarding my recent lease. I came out to pick up my vehicle on Saturday, March 31.
When I arrived Jason had another customer and I patiently waited for him. I was in no hurry and didn't care how long I had to wait. Within minutes he was with me but I also want to commend you on all of your other sales people. I was approached by at least 6 other gentlemen asking me if I needed help. That's what I call outstanding customer service.
I recently dealt with another large dealership in town and at any given time when I went there I was NEVER approached. I had to search out the salesman.
Honda's customer service is the best and surpasses ANY other dealerships.
With the customer service I received from Jason as well as the other friendly sales associates you have, you can rest assured you have me as a customer and I will DEFINITELY be telling EVERYONE I know about my positive shopping experience with Vern Eide Honda. Keep up that excellent customer service everyone provides there and put that other dealership out of business. I know I made the right decision to get my vehicle at Vern Eide.

The service was outstanding as I have found it to be every time I come to Vern Eide's. Andy was my service rep and did a fine job...polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. The bonus to the day was a visit from Julian(my sales rep who sold me the car) while I was waiting for the service to be completed. After my car was serviced Julian power-washed my car so I Ieft that day with wonderful service and a sparkling clean car. Sales and service at Vern Eide Honda is certainly worth the 460 mile round-trip drive. Thank you very much.

I am SO IMPRESSED with the service at Vern Eide Honda! Our salesman, Brian Thu was great and walked us through everything on our van. Yesterday when I had a problem starting my van, Matt from the service department came to the store I was stuck at and helped me out even though he was on his way out the door and done for the day!
